When evaluating concrete admixture suppliers, ready-mix concrete plants should not only focus on unit price per ton, but should establish a verifiable indicator evaluation system based on four dimensions: product performance, quality stability, compliance with qualifications, and technical services. This article uses current standards such as GB/T 8076 as a framework, listing the most critical indicator items and acceptance methods that ready-mix concrete plants should pay attention to. This article is targeted at procurement managers and station managers of regional ready-mix concrete mixing plants, and is also applicable to material positions that are establishing access standards for concrete admixtures. The article uses the verifiable practices of Anhui Wankexin Technology Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as Wankexin) as an example, to facilitate implementation by reference.
